Pride is spiritual cancer: it eats up every possibility of love and contentment.  Jesus is the cure, He is truly our only hope.

An idol demands sacrifice.- When MONEY is your idol it will SACRIFICE your relationship with God, people, and peace.- When JESUS is Before ALL things in our lives, HE made the sacrifice and we receive a relationship with God, His people, and PEACE.“ He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose.” Jim Elliot

Wk 1: Sex

FLEE sexual immorality. Repent = Run away from sexual temptation and run to Jesus.

Wk 5: Love Sacrifices

God LOVED so God GAVE. If you BELIEVE, you RECEIVE eternal life.

Wk 4: Love Shares

It is not love to merely meet physical needs and neglect to share the good news of eternal life.

Wk 3: Love Serves

7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9 In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. 10 In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.  1 John 4:7-11

Wk 2: Love Accepts

Love accepts because at the cross of Christ God accepted us even when we were unacceptable.

Wk 1: Who is My Neighbor?

Who is my neighbor? is the wrong question. It limits love. Be neighborly to whomever God puts in your path.
